Excellent service. I appreciated being able to talk to Josh before choosing Tempered Air to look at my non-functioning ducted aircon. Unit. Nica the companies ‘receptionist’ was so professional throughout the process wrt communication, and Ariel who did the initial exploratory service and then installed a new powerboard was friendly, punctual and honest. Very happy with their service, would recommend, and looking forward to keeping warm in winter with our operating and much quieter unit.

Communications regarding booking and arrival time etc is spot on although this time they did turn up about an hour early (6.30am) so some scrambling at my end. The service team are always polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

We have signed up for Tempered Air to install a new Ducted Air Con system for us next week. Right from the first phone call enquiry, they have been most helpful, and took a lot of time explaining the best option for us and answering all our questions. They seem to be most professional and honest, and I'm sure they will live up to their good advertising. Will add a further post after the installation, which we are really looking forward to. Up to this point, very happy with Tempered Air.Installation finished, by Josh and his crew. An excellent job, arrived on time, worked non stop from moment of arrival. Each had their own jobs to do, all fast, efficient but still all working together for an incredible result, which we are extremely pleased with. Had a great experience with Josh and his team. Josh initially came out to service my air-conditioner however found a leak which was making the machine turn off on its own. It was cheaper to buy and install a new one so he sent quotes on the ones that would fit in the space and once we chose what we wanted he and his team were out to install it the following week. We will be continuing to use Tempered Air Solutions to do our yearly services from here on.UPDATE: Just had our first yearly service and couldn't be happier with the results.

Boys were punctual and so, so efficient. No mucking around with the Tempered crew - they get into it and get it all done with everything cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Josh and his team on multiple engagements with my renovation and post completion have been simply terrific. Josh made precious time just before Xmas on the latest job being an aircon repair, squeezing in the effort, having multiple team members here and leaning into the manufacturer to get the parts on site asap given the humidity at the time. I asked them to fix my air con and it died, wanted a quote but it took a little too long and we needed an air con quick. They really helped us with the broken air con with the bad capacitor. Went out of their way to try to fix it but couldn't fix the issue which a new one would be cheaper. If you are looking for a guy to do to it these guys will help you it's just I needed it quicker than they could. They could have charged me a lot for the attempt at fixing it but didn't. It's hard to find good trades people these days but they will help you out. Thanks 🙏

We needed our A/C units looked at, so we contacted TAS and they were able to come out the following week. Mitchell was so friendly and very thorough. He was able to suggest some options for us and answered all our questions. He was not only professional but personable and he explained everything. Tempered Air Solutions came out to fix an aircon with error messages, Josh arrived when he said he would, located and fixed the issue quickly and without a fuss.
